Once your stone and setting are confirmed, your ring is handcrafted and typically ready within 7–10 business days, then shipped to you with complimentary, fully insured delivery.

Both are 100% real diamonds — chemically, physically, and optically identical. The only difference is origin: natural diamonds formed within the earth over billions of years, while lab-grown diamonds are grown above ground using the same crystallisation process, just compressed into weeks. Not even a jeweller can tell them apart with the naked eye or without specialist detection equipment. Every diamond we sell — natural or lab-grown — is independently certified by IGI, GIA, or GSI.

Australia uses a letter-based sizing system (A–Z+), like the UK, rather than the US numerical system — but our size chart converts between the two. You can find your size at home in a few ways: measure the internal diameter of a ring that already fits well, wrap a strip of paper or string around the base of your finger and measure the circumference, or request a free ring sizer from us by post. Since most of our pieces are made to order, your ring is cut to your exact size — no compromising on what's in stock. Not fully sure? Ready-to-ship items and loose stones can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, no questions asked, with free return shipping. Made-to-order rings begin production immediately, so change-of-mind returns aren't available once work has started — but every made-to-order ring includes a 14-day inspection window for any fault or discrepancy, and one complimentary resize within 30 days of delivery if the fit isn't quite right. Faulty or damaged items are repaired, replaced, or refunded at our cost.

Yes — every diamond is independently certified, primarily by IGI, with some stones also available with GIA or GSI certification. Your grading report is included with your purchase and details the diamond's cut, colour, clarity, and carat weight.
